emerged as the paramount concern of our time
✓ Project RUSHED/NO transparency, community input, due diligence
✓ Exorbitant start up costs plus annual operating costs $40M++++
✓ Inadequate space to house 1000 people as well as operating staff
✓ Situated along a bustling thoroughfare serves as the main route to San Diego – Airport, Little Italy and Middletown and heightening the risk of accidents

✓ Location close to over 10 pre-schools, elementary schools
✓ Negatively impacts tourism Old Town, Little Italy, Airport, Balboa Park
✓ Increased crime and drug activity for ALL surrounding area
