Meeting on K&V Building Terms Monday June 10

This just in…The proposed Kettner and Vine MEGA Shelter is on the city council’s closed session agenda, this coming Monday, June 10 at 10 am.  Plan to arrive early to sign in if you plan to speak during the public comment or cede your time.

You can also speak during public comment or if attending you can cede your time to another person to allow them to speak longer than the 2 minutes allocated per person.  We have attached the information from the City’s website below which details how to speak at the meeting.  You simply fill out a request ticket in the City Council Chambers indicating if you wish to speak or cede your time to another person present.

    This project is so wrong on so many levels including the finances. If Doug Hamm is doing this project as a philanthropist it should be at cost. Otherwise he is just another Doug Manchester. Perhaps Doug Hamm should check in with the Jacob’s family to learn how to really help this city.
    This is no longer America’s finest city and has not been for decades. Time for a new slogan.
